2.1 The Committee considered its draft report and agreed it with minor changes.

3       Review of the Statement of Principles

3.1 The Committee considered the paper on the review of the Statement of Principles, noted the latest views expressed by Directly Funded Bodies and agreed to reflect these in the Committee’s future report on changes to the Budget Process Protocol. The Committee also agreed to write to the Llywydd’s Committee to seek the views of the Electoral Commission on changes to the Protocol.
